Working with Rebecca Scarlett
All sessions, workshops and programmes with Rebecca are designed to educate, support and inspire you on your healing journey. By booking with Rebecca, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Not a Replacement for Medical Advice
Energy healing, intuitive readings and other holistic services are complementary modalities and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or before making changes to existing treatment.
Personal Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices and actions during and after any session, workshop or programme. Rebecca cannot be held liable for decisions you make or outcomes you experience based on the information or guidance provided.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important. All information shared during sessions or workshops will be treated as confidential, except where there is a legal obligation to disclose or you give explicit consent for information to be shared.
Results May Vary
The effectiveness of energy work and intuitive readings varies from person to person. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed, and individual experiences may differ.
Personal Interpretation
Intuitive and card readings are based on Rebecca’s interpretation at the time of your session. They are intended as guidance and insight only, not definitive answers. You are encouraged to use your own judgement and discernment when applying any information received.
Booking, Payments & Cancellations
Where payment is required in advance to secure your place for a session, event or course, it must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are provided only in line with the policy below.
Online Courses & Digital Products
All digital and self-paced offerings (including recorded courses, online trainings and downloadable materials) are non-refundable once purchased. Access is granted immediately upon payment, so please ensure you are ready to commit before buying. Live Online Workshops & Events
For single-session workshops (e.g. online healing sessions, meditations, live trainings):
1. 7 days or more before the event – Full refund or transfer to another date.
2. 3–6 days before the event – 50% refund.
3. Within 48 hours of the event – No refund, but you will receive a recording if one is available.
If Rebecca needs to reschedule or cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.
In-Person Healing Sessions & Energy Immersions
For private in-person sessions (including the 4-hour Energy Immersion and individual healing or mentoring appointments):
1. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
3. If you arrive late, the session will still need to finish at the scheduled time.
4. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once started, although individual appointments within a package may be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe by agreement.
Courses & Programmes
For multi-session courses and group programmes:
1. Please give at least 7 days’ notice if cancelling your place before the start date.
2. Once a course or programme has started and materials or sessions have been accessed, bookings are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at Rebecca’s discretion.
After Your Purchase
Because energy work and personal transformation are highly individual, specific results cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, refunds cannot be offered after a session, course or workshop has been completed or accessed, other than as set out in the refund and cancellation terms above.
Your feedback is always welcome. If you experience any difficulties or feel something hasn’t resonated, please get in touch – Rebecca will always do her best to support your integration and next steps.
Liability Release & Consent
By booking a session, workshop or course with Rebecca, you:
1. Confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions, including the refund and cancellation policy.
2. Acknowledge that you are engaging in energy work, intuitive readings and/or holistic support at your own discretion and responsibility.
3. Release Rebecca and any associates from liability for any direct or indirect loss, harm, injury or damage arising from your session, workshop or use of the services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
