You may notice sensations, colours, or emotions arising, and afterwards you’ll receive feedback and insights from the session.

This session includes an initial Zoom conversation.

During the session, you’ll be invited to relax—lying down or sitting comfortably—as the energy flows to support balance, release tension, and restore harmony.

You may notice sensations, colours, or emotions arising, and afterwards you’ll receive feedback and insights from the session.
